The foods that prolong life

We all know that life is a cycle and over time is something that can not be prevented. However, it is possible to live longer through good nutrition. Is that, according to research by Swiss researchers from the University of Bonn and University ETH Zurich, there are foods that slow the aging properties.

But just as there are foods that slow aging, there are also “cursed” to speed it up. We present the list of foods you should include in your diet to live longer and better, and also those to avoid.

Foods that slow the aging:

oregano
olive oil and canola oil
white meat or low-fat meats like turkey breast
tomato
paprika
green leafy vegetables such as lettuce, celery and broccoli
fruits such as apples, pears and oranges
berries

And those who speed.

sugar
bread
potato chips
biscuits and flour
sugary refined cereals
pasta

However, this does not mean you tomato lunch and dinner every day or have to forget the candy and a plate of fries forever. Remember that the key to good nutrition is to maintain a varied diet and avoid excess, so that your body gets all the nutrients needed to perform their vital functions.
