Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatments are all over the Internet. Some work, some not and some are just silly. But the bottom line is “what price are willing to pay” to eliminate the pain for a day? a week? a month?

I am a firm believer in healing yourself from the inside out and if we take good care of our bodies as we do our children, then maybe, just maybe we can eliminate the pain of rheumatoid arthritis.

Any good treatments for rheumatoid arthritis have to focus on the “cause” and not the “symptoms”. Drugs in my humble opinion and nothing else, they are strictly to stop the pain for now. Do not treat the cause of arthritis.

Rheumatoid arthritis goes far beyond just the pain in your joints. For purposes of emotional wellness and how you feel about yourself. Take a look at what other things can go wrong with you if you suffer from RA:

* Depression
* Anxiety
* Immune system can not work nearly as well as it used to because of the drugs to be taken
* Disbelief that his body is really you do not
* Many sleepless nights
* Learn to deal with the pain

The simple things in life that most of us take for granted no longer exist when a person suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. Things like brushing teeth, combing hair, getting in and out of a car, trying to turn the ignition key in his car, trying to eat a meal with a fork and knife. Again, I ask what is the price you pay to remove some of this pain?

Here is what I have done to the best of my ability to stop the arthritis pain:

* Education-reading anything I can get my hands to help me address the “root cause”
* Eat properly
* Maintain good weight
* Exercise to increase blood flow through my joints
* Diet includes a lot of fruits and vegetables
* Supplementation of natural ingredients

Not everyone will respond the same way that I have answered the above. The above list was created after many years of research, trial and error. Is it worth it?

Of course, nothing beats arthritis pain

I can honestly say if I forget my supplements for a week, is almost a guarantee that I will not sleep well at night because my knees hurt so bad. The result is the fact that my body needs a lot of calcium and magnesium, glucosamine, and many other natural ingredients found in supplements I take daily. It usually takes a couple of days to restore my body the nutrients it needs to help fight the effects of arthritis pain.

I am working very hard to stay away from rheumatoid arthritis and so far so good. As I said in my opening statement: These simple strategies work and work because of education, trial and error. I recommend you start using some of these strategies to help you eliminate or reduce the pain of arthritis. These treatments of rheumatoid arthritis have been used by several of my friends and one of them has its rheumatoid arthritis in remission and we are all keeping our fingers crossed that do not return.

In the late nineteenth century, Freud, the Viennese neurologist made a major discovery in listening to what he trusted his patients. He understood the role of our unconscious and conflicts taking place from our childhood in our future existential, but also in the formation of symptoms of various mental illnesses. This discovery enabled him to develop a method of exploration and especially resolution of these conflicts: the psychoanalytic cure.

This method of solving conflicts and psychological resistance, with an expression totally liberated.

What happens during a psychoanalytic treatment?

The psychoanalytic cure is to put a patient in a relaxation position, lying outside the view of the therapist who stands back so as not to disturb its free expression.

The sessions are repeated regularly, several times a week, 3 or 4 in general … And this frequency is essential.

The patient is speaking, he/she was invited to say whatever comes into his head. But this is not as simple as it seems: the psychological resistance at opposed free flow of his thought by association of ideas.

The method consists in reducing the resistance to arrive at an expression totally liberated. For this, the therapist provides interpretations of what is said, directs the train of thoughts, without ever giving advice or orders from above. It must remain neutral but benevolent.

The therapist uses the relationship between him and the patient, which Freud has shown that it always reproduces patterns of relationship that the patient had experienced with his parents in his childhood.

Who can undergo psychoanalysis?

Everybody can not do this type of analysis. It requires certain qualities that the therapist should assess carefully before entering: flexibility of mental functioning, ability to introspection, verbalization of mental contents. Especially, the patient must be convinced that his troubles have their origin in him, not outside.

The analysis may be a simple opportunity to discover, develop personally. Most often, it is indicated in some psychiatric disorders. It is primarily intended for neurotic disorders, such as minor psychiatric disorders found in many people. These anxieties, inhibitions, depressive tendencies, sexual problems, etc..

The psychoanalytic treatment is also useful in more serious problems such as psychotic disorders, which are real mental illnesses. However, psychoanalysis is still experimental in this area.

It can also occur for certain medical conditions in determining psychological (psychosomatic), but it then requires a medical screening.

The Omega 3 act on our emotional state and may even prevent many disorders, including depression. Explore the regulatory effects of these essential fatty acids.

The brain, of which two thirds are composed of fatty acids is extremely greedy in Omega 3. During pregnancy, the fetal nervous system develops through the fatty acids from the mother. But as an adult, the brain still needs these essential elements, since they ensure the smooth functioning of neurotransmitters energy and good humor. The fatty acids have a direct role in our mental health.

Background on Omega 3

The fatty acid precursor of the Omega-3 family, the alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), can not be synthesized by our body. And if our body is able to transform ALA into two other fatty acids Omega, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), this is especially tricky. The fatty acids contained in foods therefore represent the main source.

The alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is found in vegetable oils like rapeseed oil, walnut oil, flaxseed oil, the oil of wheat germ … but also in nuts and peanuts in some legumes (peas, sesame seeds) and some vegetables (corn salad, purslane, spinach).

Many fish and seafood contain EPA and DHA, but they are oily fish that are richest. The kings of Omega 3 include: salmon, sardines, mackerel, herring and eel.

Wanna try the best wrinkle filler that work?

Australian researchers showed that consuming a diet with high carbohydrates and low in fat helps people lose weight and also makes them feel happier than eating less carbohydrate but more meat and dairy products.

The study was based on 106 overweight or obese adults living in Australia, were between 24 and 64 years and made one of two diets for a year: a low-fat and high in carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice) or another with low carbohydrates and high in fat, with more meat and dairy products.

Researchers at several Australian institutions found that dieters lost an average of 13.7 kilos, without significant difference between groups.

But after a year, people who followed the diet high in carbohydrates and low in fat were less angry, depressed and confused than those who ate more meat and dairy products.

“After a year, there was a favorable effect of energy-restricted diet (low fat) compared with the isocaloric (low carb) on the mood of individuals with overweight or obesity,” the researchers in the Archives of Internal Medicine.

The team said both groups were less angry, depressed and confused after eight weeks of diet, but added that in the course of a year, those who ate little fat kept the good humor, while those who ate fewer carbohydrates returned to their state earlier.

Investigators said both diets followed by 12 months had similar effects on memory, which improved after that time, although the speed of mental processing remained virtually unchanged.

The results of the investigation, the team are consistent with epidemiological studies showing that food high in carbohydrates and low in fat and protein is associated with lower levels of anxiety and depression and has beneficial effects on psychological wellbeing .
