Arthritis Treatments

Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatments are all over the Internet. Some work, some not and some are just silly. But the bottom line is “what price are willing to pay” to eliminate the pain for a day? a week? a month?

I am a firm believer in healing yourself from the inside out and if we take good care of our bodies as we do our children, then maybe, just maybe we can eliminate the pain of rheumatoid arthritis.

Any good treatments for rheumatoid arthritis have to focus on the “cause” and not the “symptoms”. Drugs in my humble opinion and nothing else, they are strictly to stop the pain for now. Do not treat the cause of arthritis.

Rheumatoid arthritis goes far beyond just the pain in your joints. For purposes of emotional wellness and how you feel about yourself. Take a look at what other things can go wrong with you if you suffer from RA:

* Depression
* Anxiety
* Immune system can not work nearly as well as it used to because of the drugs to be taken
* Disbelief that his body is really you do not
* Many sleepless nights
* Learn to deal with the pain

The simple things in life that most of us take for granted no longer exist when a person suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. Things like brushing teeth, combing hair, getting in and out of a car, trying to turn the ignition key in his car, trying to eat a meal with a fork and knife. Again, I ask what is the price you pay to remove some of this pain?

Here is what I have done to the best of my ability to stop the arthritis pain:

* Education-reading anything I can get my hands to help me address the “root cause”
* Eat properly
* Maintain good weight
* Exercise to increase blood flow through my joints
* Diet includes a lot of fruits and vegetables
* Supplementation of natural ingredients

Not everyone will respond the same way that I have answered the above. The above list was created after many years of research, trial and error. Is it worth it?

Of course, nothing beats arthritis pain

I can honestly say if I forget my supplements for a week, is almost a guarantee that I will not sleep well at night because my knees hurt so bad. The result is the fact that my body needs a lot of calcium and magnesium, glucosamine, and many other natural ingredients found in supplements I take daily. It usually takes a couple of days to restore my body the nutrients it needs to help fight the effects of arthritis pain.

I am working very hard to stay away from rheumatoid arthritis and so far so good. As I said in my opening statement: These simple strategies work and work because of education, trial and error. I recommend you start using some of these strategies to help you eliminate or reduce the pain of arthritis. These treatments of rheumatoid arthritis have been used by several of my friends and one of them has its rheumatoid arthritis in remission and we are all keeping our fingers crossed that do not return.
