Unlike anti-inflammatory steroids used generally, nature provides us with anti-inflammatory substances that, conversely to those drugs, act as immunostimulants. It is known that the crisis of autoimmune diseases increase after infection and anti-inflammatory steroid-so used to combat inflammation-have the disadvantage of weakening the defenses predisposing patients to new infections also giving way to a grim cycle.
