Diabetes can be delayed with diet and exercise

The results have arisen from random monitoring very large, shaped by 3234 adults with overweight or obese and with a high sugar level.

The study, published in 2001, found that diet and exercise program, with classes support has helped to reduce the risk of developing diabetes at 58 percent after three years, compared to a group placebo.
