Lupus Erythematosus (II)

It is important that those who suffer from this disease have a varied diet and integral containing plenty of fruits and vegetables, preferably raw, grains, legumes, nuts, seaweed, sea fish and quality virgin oils. As for the red and white-meat, milk and eggs should contain as little fat as possible and be consumed in moderation. The sausages, sweets, sweeteners, white sugar or sodas should be removed completely from the diet.
